Who we are

Arqentia Inc. (“Arqentia”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, with operating offices in Florida (USA) and Lima (Perú). This notice describes, in plain language, how we handle the information you choose to send us through this website.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the path you choose. This may include your name, work email, phone number, company, role, operational answers, uploaded or typed business information, booking details, and the attribution parameters attached to your visit.

If you use the AI Business Diagnostic, we may process your voice input, its transcript, your written answers, the generated operational profile, and account or profile identifiers. We also process necessary technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs, page performance, and basic preferences stored in your browser.

We do not use advertising pixels or sell behavioral profiles.

What we do with it

Strictly the purpose you sent it for:

  • To run the AI Business Diagnostic, generate your operational profile, and let you return to it securely.
  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel a Calendly meeting.
  • To read your message, ask follow-up questions, and reply.
  • To prepare proposals and engagement documents if we agree to work together.
  • To measure whether the website and conversion paths work, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • To keep records when required by applicable tax, accounting, and corporate law.

Service providers we use

To operate the website, diagnostic, scheduling, and communication systems, we rely on a limited set of service providers:

  • Vercel: hosts the website and provides first-party performance measurement (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). These tools collect aggregated page-load metrics and Core Web Vitals. They do not use advertising cookies and do not profile individual visitors.
  • Supabase: stores prospects, diagnostic answers, profiles, authentication records, and product events.
  • Calendly: displays appointment availability and processes booking, rescheduling, cancellation, contact, and campaign information.
  • OpenAI: supports parts of the voice and AI diagnostic experience, including audio or transcript processing where enabled.
  • Anthropic: supports analysis and generation used to structure diagnostic outputs and operational profiles.
  • Resend: delivers transactional and contact-form email.
  • Google Workspace: the email account that receives messages sent to hello@arqentia.com.

We use business or API services and do not authorize providers to use your business information to train general-purpose AI models. Provider security and limited retention terms may still apply to API processing. We will update this list if the production data flow changes.

What we do NOT do

This is the part that matters most:

  • We do not sell your information. Not to brokers, not to marketing platforms, not to anyone.
  • We do not share it for advertising. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the selected experience, or when law requires it.
  • We do not use it to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone else’s.
  • We do not profile you. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no behavioral scoring.

How we protect it

Your information lives on infrastructure with encryption in storage and in transit, permission-based access for our team, audit logs on production changes, and isolated environments per client engagement. Confidentiality is the working standard for everything you share with us.

NDA on request

If you prefer to formalize confidentiality before sharing operational details, you may request a non-disclosure agreement before any discovery conversation. Specific terms are reviewed case by case; signing an NDA is not automatic and we may decline or propose adjustments.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry, booking, diagnostic, profile, and security records only while they are needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, prevent abuse, or comply with law. You may request deletion where applicable. Provider backup and security-log deletion may follow their own documented cycles.

AI and human decisions

The diagnostic is an informational business analysis, not a final automated decision. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Arqentia personnel review material recommendations before they become part of a paid engagement, and you remain responsible for business decisions.

International processing

Arqentia operates in the United States and Peru, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected through the contractual and technical safeguards offered by those providers.

Your rights

We respect the rights granted to you by the privacy laws that apply to your situation, including, where applicable, access, correction, and deletion of the information we hold about you. To make a request, write to hello@arqentia.com. We reply in writing within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, language, security, unfinished lead recovery, and campaign attribution. Vercel Analytics is configured without advertising cookies. Calendly may use its own necessary preferences when you open the scheduling widget. We do not use advertising or cross-site profiling cookies.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The version in effect is the one shown on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
